About Freelancer

Hello, my name is Karina Spataru Toma. I am a passionate 2D artist and am eager to work in the entertainment industry! I grew up in a family of artists and was always encouraged to grow my art skills. Video games and animation are my biggest inspirations, and my dream is to work for a game or film as a concept artist or illustrator. I am a recent art school graduate, having received my BFA in May 2024. I currently teach graphite portraiture, procreate, and concept art classes at several art centers for kids, teens, and adults. I host these classes across 4 art centers in Metro Atlanta, including Spruill Arts Center, The Art Place, The Cobb Museum of Art, and Abernathy Arts Center.
