Work & Experience
Built and deployed a marketing and community strategy from pre-launch to December 2023 on PC with custom storefront, GooglePlay, Appstore and all console platforms in 25+ languages. Designed and deployed marketing teams since first crowdfunding in 2019. Managed launch on PC, Appstore and GooglePlay in early 2020. Managed launch on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and S|X and Switch in 2022. PaxOnline x EGX Digital 2020 activation. B2B development, influencer relations, affiliate marketing program, full gambit of paid, earned and owned marketing, PR, ad campaigns, CSR management, Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, content production management, grew TikTok to 33K+ in one year, and Discord to 120K+ in 4 years, SEO, ASO, community management, Adobe creative production and management, sponsored promotions, etc. Several million installations and growing.
Built a marketing and community strategy, prepared late Beta through to the Early Access launch on Steam, Xsolla and Oculus Store in April 2020. Launch reached and sustained #2 on Steam VR sales charts behind HL:Alyx. Generalist as needed, including business to business introductions, influencers outreach, affiliate marketing program, full gambit of marketing, PR, ad campaigns, email, social media, SEO, community, giveaways, sponsored promotions. etc. Planned and ran I/ITSEC Convention Booth and GCX Convention Booth in 2019.
Built the marketing and community strategy, executed the entirety from the early Alpha through the launch on Steam in July 2018. Approximately 150,000 units sold at launch. Wore many hats, including B2B across the spectrum, ROI reporting, esports events, hiring subcontractors for marketing material and videos, planned and ran booth at Dreamhack ATL 2017, 1000+ influencers brought in, affiliate marketing program, full gambit of marketing, ad campaigns, email campaigns, social, SEO, community, giveaways, sponsored promotions, etc.
Designed and coordinated marketing for Squad from Sept 2014 until Nov 2016. Responsible for all public facing marketing content and communication bringing in hundreds of Youtube, Twitch, etc., content creators to gain exposure for game. On Air personality as Community Manager role on livestream, video, audio and also written articles in several languages. Recruited and built volunteer teams in seven language groups. All social media and online advert formats, images, game capture, internally produced videos, sponsored videos, press releases, news posts, newsletters, ran all advertising campaigns for company. Brought Squad ModKit as second available modkit to Epic Game Launcher. Established connections to over 150 gaming communities across 14+ languages.
