  1. No Returns

Services rendered by Gamers Home are non-tangible and cannot be “returned”. As such, we do not offer a return of services after purchase.

  1. Refund Eligibility

If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, we invite you to contact us within 15 working days of the service completion date. Each case will be examined on an individual basis to determine if a refund or credit is appropriate.

  1. Refund Process

In cases where a dispute arises over the service provided, Gamers Home will facilitate a private examination of the dispute. We aim to process all disputes within 15 working days from the date of notification.

  1. Credit in Lieu of Refund

If it is determined that a refund is warranted, we will issue a credit equivalent to the value of the hours disputed. This credit can be utilized for future services within the Gamers Home marketplace.

  1. Using Credits

Credits issued can only be used for purchasing services through the Gamers Home marketplace and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.

  1. Limitation of Credits

Credits must be used within a set period, as specified at the time of issuance. Unused credits will expire and cannot be reinstated or refunded.
