As the President of Latinx in Gaming, I am responsible for running the award-winning non-profit organization that aims to empower and support Latinx professionals and gamers in the gaming industry. With over a decade in the gaming industry and 9 years in events, I have developed and executed successful event marketing strategies, campaigns, and partnerships that have grown my companies, clients & brands.

I have also leveraged my skills and expertise in social networking, social media marketing, Facebook, event planning and management, live broadcasting to deliver high-quality and engaging experiences for our partners. Some of the notable partners I have worked with include Twitch, Redbull, Team Liquid, Urban Decay, Niantic, Disney, & more.

I have served on the board for the International Game Developer’s Association, SunSpear Games, Feminist Frequency, Games and Online Harassment Hotline, and for the Esports Awards.

esponsible for manage the planning and product delivery of all DreamHack's festivals in the United States. Driving the growth and develop DreamHack festivals through implementation of the global strategy, having full accountability for the P&L in the region, managing the team of Product Managers and building strong relationship with the Managing Director of ESL America. Key Responsibilities: - Long-term product strategy for territory (creation, alignment with global strategy and execution) - Research of the market and current trends, keep DreamHack Festivals in the United States competitive on all consumer fronts (onsite visitors, online viewer, player/competitor) - Final budget responsibility of a product for both revenues and cost (P&L to gross margin) - KPI responsibility for the territory - Take input on all other departments (Creative, Tech, Comms, Operations, League Ops, Sales, etc) to create a budget and maintain a holistic view - Manage inventory of B2B opportunities together with Sales - Manage ticketing/event visitor ticketing strategy - Keep the management fully informed in a proactive and candid manner of status of the product, its established goals, deviations from the goals and financial objectives - Constant improvement and development of DreamHack products
