Work & Experience
Built the AkiAndFam Discord Server: -The AkiAndFam community discord server has a current member count of 918 members, with a weekly visitor count of 172. Built in August of 2020, I built the framework of the server, and allowed it to thrive under the community of the AkiAndFam Content channels. -I Pay attention to Discord analytics to track the AkiAndFam Discord progress and make data-driven decisions, alongside the creator for their progression within the Discord. -I Encourage discussions and interactions with the members in the Discord, along side viewers in the AkiAndFam streams. -Role Management: Created roles and permissions to control who can do what in the Discord server. Assign roles to members based on their responsibilities or status, either manually or with the use of bots that give subscriber roles to those subscribed to the content platforms of AkiAndFam.
Business Plan and Strategy: Developed a comprehensive business plan outlining my organization's goals, target audience, and revenue streams. Brand Identity: Created a strong brand identity, including a logo, team name, and branding materials to establish recognition in the esports community. Team Acquisition: Recruited and signed talented esports players or teams in popular games to represent your organization. Player Contracts: Draft and negotiate player contracts that outline salaries, benefits, and performance expectations. Marketing and Promotion: Developed a marketing strategy to build a fan base, engage with the community, and attract sponsors. Sponsorships and Partnerships: Seek out sponsorship deals, partnerships, and collaborations with gaming-related brands and companies. Current Partnerships - SoarDogg Apparel, AdvancedGG, Synoptic Coffee Competitive Play: Enter your teams into esports tournaments and leagues to compete at various levels. Content Creation: Produce content, such as streams, videos, and social media updates, to engage fans and build your brand. Merchandising: Sell team merchandise, such as jerseys, hats, and accessories, to generate additional revenue. Player Welfare: Prioritize the well-being of your players, including physical and mental health support. Fan Engagement: Create a community platform to interact with fans, organize fan events, and encourage fan loyalty. Long-Term Planning: Develop a long-term strategy for the growth and sustainability of your esports organization.
